Annotation: Explores an urban development project completed in Bethlehm, Pa. in the 1960's that facilitated an expansion of Lehigh University's Asa Packer campus through the razing of a residential neighborhood on the city's south side. Contrasting viewpoints are shared by residents Margie M. Barry, John Keyser, and Mary Pongracz; Augustine Concillo, Coordinator, Bethlehem Redevelopment Authority, 1961-1981; and Dale Kochard, Executive Director of Community and Regional Affairs, Lehigh University. This video was produced by a student in the 2008 History/American Studies course, Bethlehem's South Side in Documentary Film.
