| Annotation: | Provides commentary from members of the Bethlehem, Pa. community about the "Loop," a bus service operated by the Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority. The service was initiated with the opening of the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem to provide transportation between the casino and the downtown areas of Bethlehem. Participants provide their views about why the service was created, who it was created for, and whether it is achieving its objectives. People in the video include Rev. Dr. Douglas W.
