  �The claim of the present Sir Lucius O�Brien, Lord
Inchiquin, to vote for representative Peers in Ireland
in right of the ancient barony of Inchiquin, has been
heard again by the Committee for Privileges of the
House of Lords.  Capt. Fitz James O�Brien, who is
said to have as good a claim in the premises as any-
body, was not, so far as appears, represented.
