  3.  Tuesday.  Barth called, finding
me busy on Outline 3.   Stayed awile.
Afternoon over to Brooklyn (meeting
Beukman by the way.)     At Dunsiers.
Supped there &c.
  4  Wednesday.    Sick all day, and
unable to work at all.  Much the same
condition that Sancho Panza was in when
the blessed balsam began to operate. Awful
clearing out.   Davis and Lockington called.
  5.   Thursday.  Better, but weak.
Down town, to Lantern Office, saw
Woodward, got blocks.   To Reveille, to
