to Gurneys for a sketch of Barnum, then
to dinner.      Back.   Reveille drawing

  4  12.  Friday.   Down town to breakfast.
After returned, took Reveille drawing to Mat-
hews � to the Reveille Office, Lantern, lunched
&c.   Then to Mathews again.   Thence to
Brooklyn, across the Atlantic St Ferry.
Called at Dunsiers, he back with me over
Fulton ferry.   Left him & to Lantern Office
Found all the fellows there.  Got $10 from
Woodward.   Called in at Lockingtons. He
has now a room in the Lantern building)
