and incessant. Did one Reveille two-column.
Weed called. Davis anon. At 8 or so to
supper at the Reade Street shades, where in
the course of the evening I met Laurie, the little
�Doctor,� of Hart�s acquaintance. Talking awhile,
then to room and bed. / Kossuth is here
back in New York again, � not thirty yards
from where I write, at the Irving. The time will
come when that will be something to ponder over.
