Image Usage Requests:

To request copies from digital masters, please email the Digital Scholarship Center at digitlib@lehigh.edu.  Please include the name of the image(s), from which project you found the image(s), and how you intend to use the image(s).

Please note: Fees for video and audio requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Commercial Use Fees:

A one-time use fee of $15.00 per image will be applied to all orders requested by for-profit agencies/businesses. A one-time use fee of $25.00 will be applied to all orders requested for the use of materials for commercial publication. Use of materials for Web site publication, motion picture or other forms of commercial public display will be considered on a case by case basis. CD, DVD and shipping charges are extra.

Not-for-profit Fees:

Lehigh University students, faculty, and alumni engaged in scholarly research and publication will not be charged fees for digital copies.  All other not-for-profit agencies, institutions, and researchers will be charged a one-time use fee of $5.00 for each image requested.  CD, DVD and shipping charges are extra.

Additional Fees:

Additional fees may apply for materials from the holdings of contributing institutions and individuals.

Making Payments:

After an order has been received and approved, requesters will receive an email confirming their order details and associated charges. Orders are filled once a personal check (USA only), draft or international money order has been received payable to Lehigh University.
